Course Description:

This course provides yoga instructors with a science-based understanding of sleep physiology and the role of yoga as a therapeutic tool to improve sleep quality, health, and overall well-being. Participants will learn how to integrate yoga practices such as asana, pranayama, meditation, and Yoga Nidra, into effective, sleep-supportive teaching.
